The Ability to Sin

Jeff, do you think the thing that will keep us from sinning in heaven will be a removal of ability? In other words you see perfection as a result of God disabling us? I think you are wrong. I think the weakness of the flesh - caused by sin - is our disability, and when we are made whole - conformed to the image of Christ - we will CHOOSE not to sin.

The ability to sin, is the same ability as the ability to do right. They are not two separate abilities. Praise and deceit both arise from the same ability of speech. Help and harm arise from the same ability of strength. You cannot remove one without removing the other. Therefore the difference is not one of ability but one of character.
